I am the proud owner of Toronto Vision Therapy and Optometry.
My interest in optometry started when I was 12 years old and couldn’t recognize people’s faces. My local optometrist diagnosed me with myopia (nearsightedness) and since that time my prescription has continued to increase. With an interest in eye development and disease, I studied Optometry at the University of Waterloo (class of 2008). During my 4th year internship in New Zealand I was exposed to Behavioral Optometry. This completely changed my world. I gained additional insight into the neural development of the visual system. This knowledge has given me additional tools so that I can help patients keep their prescriptions lower and I can offer vision therapy to enhance the care I can provide patients.

In my clinic I strive to provide the best patient care in a friendly, caring atmosphere. My optometry career started off in rural BC and Ontario and the small town friendly atmosphere is what I bring with me to Toronto Vision Therapy and Optometry. Along with my great staff and Dr. Yeung, I look forward to welcoming you at our clinic.
